APPLICANT'S ACCEPTANCE & AGREEMENT
Applicant accepts and agrees that: (a) if any of the information provided in this Application is inaccurate, false or misleading, the National Conference of Personal Managers Inc. (NCOPM) has the right to reject this Application; (b) this Application is subject to review and approval by the NCOPM Membership Committee and the NCOPM National Board of Officers, at their sole discretion; (c) if any of the information provided in this Application changes at any time, Applicant shall immediately notify NCOPM by email of any such changes; and (d) if any of the information provided in this Application is later determined by NCOPM to be inaccurate, false or misleading, NCOPM shall have the right to terminate Applicant's NCOPM membership and Applicant shall forfeit any payment for Initiation Fee and Annual Membership Dues.
If NCOPM accepts Applicant for membership, Applicant agrees to abide by NCOPM Code of Ethics and all other association rules and regulations. If NCOPM rejects this Membership Application, NCOPM shall refund Applicant's payment for Initiation Fee and Annual Dues.
By submitting this Membership Application, Applicant requests to be considered for NCOPM membership.
