Deposits are non refundable. If you are a No Show or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will lose your deposit. If you cancel within the cancellation window, at least 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will apply to your new appointment. Deposits will not be returned.
Cancellation Policy:Cancellations or rescheduled appointments within 24 hours of appointment time will incur a 50% charge of the service fee (minus the deposit) to the client’s card on file.
No-Show Policy: No-Show appointments will incur a 100% charge (minus the deposit amount) of the Service Fee to the client’s card on file.
Late policy:I will allow a 10 minute grace period for clients that may be running behind. This helps to ensure I stay on time for all the appointments to follow. If it has reached 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the appointment will be cancelled and client will incur a 50% charge of the Service Fee to the card on file.
Communication is key. Please communicate any apppointment changes/cancellations to me as soon as possible.
