Courtesy Post Questionnaire

With courtesy posting, Unforgettable Paws Animal Rescue will take the information of your pet in this questionnaire and post them on Petfinder and Adopt A Pet in hopes of helping you find a forever home. Applicants will submit our standard application and go through our screening process. We will send potential adopters to you where they will proceed to a meet and greet. If all goes well at the meet and greet, the adopter pays a pre-specified adoption fee. If your pet requires any additional vetting, we will cover the cost of the vet care at our partnering vet clinics. Both the owner and the adopter will have to sign a contract upon adoption. Courtesy posts are made at the discretion of the rescue. There is no guarantee we will post your dog. We will contact you when/if we choose to courtesy post your pet.

- You will be held liable if information within this questionnaire is found to be untrue inhibiting the dogs ability to be and remain in an adoptive home.
- Unforgettable Paws will take up to 14 days to decide on whether to courtesy post the dog or not.
- Unforgettable Paws will only allow an approved applicant to adopt your dog through the courtesy post program.
- You are willing/able to do meet and greets with prospective families.
- Unforgettable Paws Animal Rescue does an intial a pre-approval or general denial of all applications regarding your courtesy post dog.
- You will get the ability to approve or deny only the applications that Unforgettable Paws Animal Rescue has pre-approved.
