Terms & Conditions
1. Makeup & Hair Prep --> Makeup: Everyone getting makeup done should arrive with their skin thoroughly cleaned & moisturized with your normal skincare products & SPF. It is best to have your hair pulled back off your face for your makeup application. -->Hair: For updos/styling we suggest day old hair washed 12-24 hrs prior to our styling appointment. Hair should be clean and 100% dry without a ton of product or oil on the hair. Curls and styling last longer for updos & styling when hair isn't just freshly washed. We suggest getting hair washed and blowout at the salon the day before if possible. Hair should be smooth and completely dry for your event styling. If your hair is wet and needs to be dried when we arrive there will be an additional fee and schedule delays. Children's hair should be brushed, tangle & knot free. We suggest wearing a robe or button-down shirt during your appointment to avoid ruining any beauty services when undressing. We do not suggest wearing your gown or party outfit during your services as it is possible for any product fallout to fall on your garments.

2. Deposit --> To secure a date, a signed event contract is required with a 20% deposit. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be advised, dates and scheduled service times will only be reserved when the bridal contract is signed and a deposit are received. The deposit amount will be sent via electronic invoice and can be paid online. Your deposit will be subtracted from the final invoice.

3. Invoice Balance --> You will receive an invoice for the remaining balance via email and a reminder notice 14 days prior to your event date. The remaining balance is to be settled 14 days prior to your event date. We suggest having everyone getting services done pay you directly their portion ahead of time and then you just settle the remaining invoice. It makes for a smoother day of experience as normally there is a ton going on. Gratuity can be given to the artist on the day of the event. If your balance is not paid a minimum of 14 days prior to your event your booking & services will be canceled and you will loose your deposit.

4. Cancelation Policy --> All sales are final. Your rates and fees are based on your booking size and people noted on your final invoice so please note that once your deposit is paid no cancelations or subtractions can be made on final invoice. You are responsible for the remaining balance no matter what as we base our pricing and hire additional artists based on your final invoice numbers. Please note that if your event get canceled or rescheduled you are still responsible for the final invoice balance as we have blocked and turned down other business for your event date and time.

5. Timing & Delays --> Each service requires a certain length of time to be finished and is not to exceed the time limit. For bridal party makeup we normally schedule them in 30 minute intervals, bridal party hair 45 minutes & for the Bride we give 60 minutes per service. We suggest that you give everyone a "Be Ready" estimated start time for their service so we do not run behind. Any additional service needs outside the original invoiced total will only be performed at the discretion of the artist if there is time. All persons involved in getting services done need to be available at the scheduled time of said appointment in order note to incur a late fee or possible non-refundable appointment cancelation. A late fee of $25.00 will be charged for every 25 minutes of delay when a client is late for the scheduled time, or if scheduled services exceeds the allotted time because of client delays. All services for more than one person must be at the same location and consecutive in time (no gaps in between).

6. Last Minute Service Requests --> If anyone not originally accounted for needs a service it is up to your artist, if she has time, to decide to do any last minute hair or makeup services. The last minute application is billed at your quoted rate. Any requests for just eye liner or any other a la carte type of service can not be accommodated. It must be a full makeup application or full updo hair service.

7. Use of stylists' professional tools or products --> For liability and insurance purposes no one at anytime should grab or help themselves to an artist's pro tools, kit or products. There are many reasons such as sanitation and safety we do not allow anyone to touch our professional cosmetics, products or tools.

8. Off Site Set-up Requirements --> Location of service for the day-of-event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the services. A setup table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly. A barstool height chair (for makeup) and normal height desk chair (for hair) is requested. A full length or vanity mirror is helpful for hair styling. Outlets close by and easily reachable for hot tools is also required. Hot tools and blow driers combined with a large group of people can make any getting ready area very hot, humid and uncomfortable so please try and spread out the artists and make sure there is ample airflow and air conditioning.

9. Early Call Times -->Please note there may be an additional fee for any early call times outside of normal business hours.

10. On-Site Mobile Service Minimum --> Please note there is a minimum requirement for any on-site mobile service requests of $500 per artist. Mobile services are only offered for parties of 5 or more. For very large parties multiple artists may be required in order to complete the service in a timely manor. Large parties may be subject to an additional artist fee.
