ALL CHILDCARE SERVICES REQUIRE DEPOSIT, SIGNED AGREEMENT AND 24 HOURS TO CONFIRM.

PRICING IS FOR ONE CHILD. ADDITIONAL CHILDREN IS AN ADDITIONAL $15/HOUR OUTSIDE OF BASE FEE.

Childcare services are provided in the clients home as an independent contractor. Only Childcare plus any additional services will be provided by the care providers. The CLIENT understands childcare providers have 24 hours before visit to notify the CLIENT of any changes/adjustments or cancellations of the scheduled visit. The CLIENT is also responsible for notifying the childcare provider(s) 24 hours prior of any cancellations or rescheduling of visit. The CLIENT acknowledges responsibility and agrees to utilize home owners/renters insurance and/or personal income to cover any injuries or damages to the care providers physical person or property caused by the CLIENT and/or that take place during the time care is being provided to the CLIENT by the care providers (s).*
