ALL CHILDCARE SERVICES REQUIRE DEPOSIT TO LOCK IN YOUR CAREGIVER AND SPOT, REMAINING MUST BE PAID 48 HOURS BEFORE CARE STARTS TO SECURE CHILDCARE

PRICING IS FOR ONE CHILD. ADDITIONAL CHILDREN IS AN ADDITIONAL $10/HOUR OUTSIDE OF BASE FEE. $60 IF ADDITIONAL CHILD WILL BE THERE THE WHOLE DAY.

POSTPARTUM DOULA

Daily Fee: $30 per hour

May not exceed 12 hrs per day

POSTPARTUM DOULA DAY RATES (may not exceed 10 hrs)

5 Day= $1500
10 Day= $2900

Services include: Lactation support, household needs such as cleaning, baby clothes, baths & support for family.
Nanny Packages- 25 per hr

After 11pm, rates will increase
6hr Max Per Scheduled Day Packages

2 Days/ Week - $250
3 Days/Week - $380
5 Days/Week - $600

8hr Max Per Scheduled Day Packages

2 Days/ Week - $300
3 Days/ Week - $450
5 Days/ Week - $800

*any additional hour after max ends, will be a $30 per hour fee.
Overnight/Night Nanny

One Child ONLY
Hourly Rate for nighttime and overnight care is available for $28 per hour (12 hour max) OR

Packages Are Also Available for 10 hour nights:

3 nights for 10 hours: $790

*Caregiver will not be selected until after intake process. After your caregiver is assigned, you may freely communicate with them.
Childcare services are provided in the clients home as an independent contractor. Only childcare plus any additional services will be provided by the care providers. The CLIENT understands childcare providers have 48 hours before visit to notify the CLIENT of any changes/adjustments or cancellations of the scheduled visit. The CLIENT is also responsible for notifying the childcare provider(s) immediately if there are schedule changes. All schedule changes are up to caregiver’s discretion and availability. The CLIENT acknowledges responsibility and agrees to utilize home owners/renters insurance and/or personal income to cover any injuries or damages to the caregiver, physical person or property caused by the CLIENT and/or that take place during the time care is being provided to the CLIENT by the care providers (s).*
Every client will be assigned a primary caregiver that you will be able to meet either in person or virtual and 2 caregivers on standby. 2 caregivers will be provided to ensure you still have a caregiver during emergencies. Availability of sitter will vary. Bee The Doula, LLC works with a team of women trained and certified for childcare. We will do their best to accommodate your anticipated schedule. *
The CLIENT acknowledges there will be a late fee of $30 per hr(or divided if only minutes) when caregiver stays over time needed. The CLIENT acknowledges That any additional fees will be sent in a separate invoice at the end of the week. The CLIENT acknowledges childcare isn’t guaranteed until deposit is paid. The CLIENT acknowledges childcare isn’t guaranteed unless remaining balance is paid 48 hrs before start date. The CLIENT acknowledges that a late fee of $35 per day will be added to invoice when left unpaid. The CLIENT acknowledges that once childcare invoice is left unpaid without notice, your chilcare contract will be void.*

Your Caregiver and Services are not finalized until payment for care is received. Due to childcare and postpartum demand, you have 48 hrs after consultation to book services or you inquiry will go to the back of the waiting list. Please state how you would like to pay for services
All services will receive an invoice.
