I understand that participating in dance activities involves inherent risks of physical injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with participation.2. I release and discharge Battu Brisé Dance Studio, its instructors, staff, and the venue from any and all claims, demands, and liabilities for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or as a result of participation in any dance activities or events, regardless of the cause.3. I acknowledge that Battu Brisé Dance Studio and the venue will not be held responsible for any personal belongings that may be lost, stolen, or damaged.4. I agree to adhere to all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by Battu Brisé Dance Studio for the safety and well-being of all participants.

    By signing below, I, the participant (or legal guardian of the participant), grant permission to Battu Brisé Dance Studio to capture and use photographs and/or videos of me (or my child) for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, websites, and marketing materials.Additionally, I understand and agree to the following terms:1. No unauthorized photography or videography is permitted during any classes or events.2. Spectators are not allowed in the classroom during classes to ensure a focused and safe environment for all participants.

    - Health and Safety Compliance: Battu Brisé Dance Studio strictly adheres to all local health and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
    - Sanitization Protocols: Our facilities are regularly cleaned and sanitized, with high-touch areas being disinfected frequently to maintain a hygienic environment.
    - Health Screening: Participants are required to undergo health screenings, including temperature checks, before entering the studio.
    - Hand Hygiene: Hand sanitizers are available at various points throughout the studio, and participants are encouraged to use them upon entering and exiting the facility.
    - Social Distancing: Class sizes are limited to ensure adequate social distancing. Floor markers are in place to guide participants on maintaining appropriate distances.
    - Face Masks: Depending on local guidelines and the current health situation, face masks may be required for participants and staff within the studio premises.
    - Personal Belongings: Participants are encouraged to keep personal belongings to a minimum and ensure they are stored in designated areas to reduce clutter and potential contamination.
    - Emergency Procedures: In case of any emergencies, participants must follow the instructions given by the studio staff to ensure their safety and well-being.

  • Ages 8 and up - Ballet Classes

    Please note that our Ballet classes are in accordance with the Royal academy of Dance and the categorize by age and not school grade. Please note in accordance with the Royal academy dancers aged 8 and over require 2 classes a week, therefore we do not have classes on weekends from age 8 and up.

    Our classes are held on a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Please note we do not do Free trial for our kids classes during the holidays.   • Free Trial Class Policy

  • At Battu Brisé we are committed to providing a high-quality experience for all our students and instructors. To ensure fair access and efficient scheduling, we have implemented the following policy for free trial classes:

     

    1. **Attendance Confirmation**:

       - You must confirm your attendance at least 24 hours before the scheduled trial class. This can be done on our website (https://battubrise.com/?page_id=1162&page=2)

     

    2. **Cancellation and Rescheduling**:

       - If you need to cancel or reschedule your trial class, please notify us at least 2-3 hours before the scheduled class.

       - Cancellations made less than 2-3 hours before the class will result in the forfeiture of your free trial class.

    - Trial classes will only be rescheduled twice after the second attempt you will forfeit your trial class.

     

    3. **No-Show Policy**:

       - If you fail to attend a scheduled trial class without prior communication, you will forfeit the free trial class.

       - Future trial classes will require payment. You will not be eligible for another free trial class.

     

    4. **Future Classes**:

       - If you forfeit your trial class, you can attend future classes by paying the drop-in fee or waiting for open week and paying the weekly fee.

     

    5. **Trial Class Duration**:

       - The trial class will be as follows:

    Toddlers (30 minute Class - AGE 2-6)

    Kids (45 minute Class - AGE 7-13)

    Teens (45 minutes - 60 minutes Classes)

    Adults (60 minute classes) 

    Private Classes (45 minutes - 60 minutes)

     

    6. **Arrival Time**:

       - Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to check in and get settled before the class begins.

     

    7. **Follow-Up**:

       - After the trial class, you will receive a follow-up email or message with details on how to register for regular classes.

     

    8. **Trial Class Eligibility**:

       - Trial classes are available for:

    Ages: 2 years - adults 

    Experience Level - Beginners to Advanced 

     

    9. **Waivers and Agreements**:

       - Students or their guardians will need to sign any necessary waivers or agreements before participating in the trial class.

     

    10. **Communication**:

       - In case of an emergency or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible via phone or WhatsApp.

     

    By adhering to this policy, you help us maintain the quality of our classes and respect the time and effort of our instructors and fellow students. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
