Stall fee ($25 per stall)
All proceeds from stall fees will go towards our YMCA Vocational School Acacia Ridge Campus. Stall fees can be paid online via direct debit bank transfer to BSB 064 000 ACC 1540 1221 using 'market stallholder fee' as reference; or via cash or EFTPOS at the Ridge YMCA Youth and Community Centre. Stall fees must be paid by 18 February 2023 (1 week prior to Market Day) to guarantee your stall site. Stall fees are non-refundable.

The Stallholder will help advertise/promote the event in a positive manner, such as sending invites to personal contacts and sharing social media posts.
The Stallholder will complete their site set up between 9:00am – 10:30am and complete pack down between 2:30pm – 4:00pm on Saturday 25 February 2023.
The Stallholder will operate their stall for the duration of the market (10:30am – 2:30pm) on Saturday 25 February 2023.
The Stallholder agrees to conduct themselves in line with the YMCA Brisbane's core values of honesty, caring, respect and responsibility during the market.
The YMCA Community Market Committee reserves the right to ask individuals to leave the venue, if their behaviour has a negative effect on the event and/or attendees.
It is the Stallholder's responsibility to provide any necessary equipment for their stall site (e.g. table, chairs, marquee, signage etc.).
It is the Stallholder's responsibility to provide necessary sanitising equipment for their stall site (e.g. hand sanitiser, gloves, masks, disinfectant etc.).
The Stallholder will comply with YMCA Brisbane and Queensland Government COVID-19 regulations, to ensure the health and safety of the public, in compliance with the council and statutory authorities.
With the exception of assistance animals, all animals are prohibited from the event.
