  • Please take a moment to read through my custom order policy before submitting your request

  • Please be mindful of my required notice when requesting an order. Submit your order inquiry no later than two weeks prior to the pick up date.


    In the event that I am able to accept a last minute order (less than 2 weeks) full payment must be received within 24hrs of placing your order. I will do my best to accomodate everyone, but as one person, I am limited to the amount of orders that I can fulfill each week.


    Each item is made to order and 100% customized for your event. Custom items are NOT available for immediate pick-up. Please take into consideration that each custom item is baked, designed and decorated/detailed one by one. Some items take hours/days to decorate, due to the intricate design and variety of techniques, which can take many days! Creating custom items requires time, patience, love and effort.


    Due to limited availability, submitting a form does not secure your order. Once your form submission has been reviewed I will send an invoice to the email provided. Your order will be secured once an invoice has been sent to you AND you have submitted your payment. Payment must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your invoice, to secure your order and be placed into my calendar. If payment is not received invoice will be canceled and the spot will go to the next person in line.


    *Your order is NOT confirmed until payment has been received. Payment amount will be outlined in your invoice. Remaining balance (if any) will be due the day before your set pick up date.*


    All payments are NONREFUNDABLE. In the case of a cancellation, your payment(s) made will remain as a credit to be used on a future date.


    In the case that you are not completely sure on what theme/design you'd like, you can reserve a date with a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Once theme is decided, the deposit will be applied to your balance. *Theme must be decided within the required notice (2 weeks prior to the pick up date).


    Pick up is preferred. Pick up is located in Kyle TX, address and additional details will be provided once order has been secured. I can offer delivery depending on location and availability, make sure to include address so I can add the delivery fee to your quote.

  • Inspiration Pictures

    Feel free to send any and all inspiration pictures as it will help me see your vision. Examples of inspiration pictures are decor/theme, invitations or cookie/macaron/cupcake inspiration. However please keep in mind any pictures provided will be solely used as inspiration. I do not replicate another persons work. Your custom items will be made to your liking and vision, but they will always have my personal touch and style.
