FAQ
1. Payment options available (Pay in full and save $20 option or there is a payment plan option) 2. If booking Package #1 - the double occupancy 2 x Queen Beds room, you must detail the roommate you are attending with - both must book separately and spots are secured once both registration submissions are received. 3. You can request to cancel your booking with us for a full refund up until April 18, after that there will be a cancel fee charged (0-14 days - 100% / 15-30 days - 50%) 4. We are only taking a maximum of 20 participants, to maintain the intimacy and quality of the workshops. 5. We have secured a block booking of rooms at our group rate (which we pass onto the participants - food and room costs are not marked up + all taxes. banquet/provincial hospitality fees and meal gratuities are factored into the package costs). 6. Be sure to book early - as once we fill the 20 spots, we will close down the registration. Participation must be confirmed and secured no later that 30 days ahead of the event to secure the group rate fee/availability...pending if retreat spots are still available. 7. For the retreat work space, you will need to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat for the hypnosis, breathwork and hands on healing activation segments (Can be left in the secured retreat room for the weekend) 8. Because this is a women's retreat - to respect the safe connection and comfort of the trauma release workshops and other sensitive variables, we are only accepting female sex participants (but open to gender inclusions falling under the female sex category - LGBTQ). Please feel free to self-identify here - but note that it is not required. We are an inclusive and welcoming wellness community.
