Women's Wellness Retreat Registration

1. (UPDATE March 24/2024: Full invoice to be billed, as the monthly payment plan has concluded). Previous Billing Option: Payment in full will be required 30 days after being invoiced - unless you select the 4 month payment plan option, January-April (if you sign up after January - we can divide the payment over the remaining months - April being the last month). 2. If booking Package #2 - the double occupancy - 2 x Double/or Queen Beds room (based on 1st come availability) you must detail the roommate you are attending with - both must book separately and spots are secured once both registration submissions are received. 3. You can request to cancel your booking with us for a full refund up to 40 days ahead of the retreat start, after that date, there will be a cancel fee charged for the room elements - as per the Oak Island Resort contract (0-14 days - 100% / 15-30 days - 75% / 40-31 days - 50%) - only if we can resell your booked/cancelled spot, within the 40-31 days - will be able to waive the penalty, excluding any credit card administration fees. 4. We have secured a limited number block booking of rooms at our group rate - so the earlier you book - the better room selection available. Meals, retreat space, and room costs + all taxes. banquet/provincial hospitality fees/gratuities are factored into the package costs, with the exception of Sat/Sun breakfast. For those you will be given a coupon to use in the restaurant to cover your Sat/Sun breakfast, and the gratuities are as per your own personal discretion, if over the coupon total. 5. There is no early booking rate, as we keep the costs as low as possible, while factoring in the extra value added services and weekend access to multiple retreat facilitators, within this high value experience, including specialized services, insurance receipts (Chiropractic services), along with bonus discount offers post retreat! 6. Dr. Anne Desneiges - Chiropractic initial intake + condensed treatment receipt ($50) will be issued/sent to you following the retreat. You will also receive a $87 USD Clarity Seekers 90 day Membership with Ann Perry's Private Community (must be activated by May 31, 2024), a $10 Coupon towards a June-Dec. 2024 Group 9D Breathwork - LIVE OR ONLINE (Halifax County/NS), $10 off a 30 or 60 min Psychic Reading (in person or virtual) with Sherry Donovan and $50 off Lana's 4 week Hypnotherapy Treatment Program. 7. For the retreat work space, you will need to bring a blanket, pillow and yoga mat for the hypnosis, breathwork and hands on healing activation segments (Can be left in the secured retreat room for the weekend). 8. Melanie Woycheshyn will be leading the (optional) Saturday & Sunday Ocean Cold Plunge - she does this as a daily practice and led us in the last retreat into the chilly waters and it is truly an incredible activity for your system and an overall empowering & healthy experience!
