The person signing the affidavit should be personally aware of the facts of the Fiancé relationship between the U.S. Citizen and the Foreign Citizen, therefore, please select a person with personal knowledge of the relationship of the couple, and someone who has spent time with both of you together and observed your relationship as fiancés.
