By filling and signing this form, I, hereby agree as follows:
1. I am agreeing to attend the Reiki trainings on the exact dates and times I have purchased and will now be registered for. I understand that this purchase is nonrefundable and there are no make up dates, for any reason, so I won't even ask. If for some reason I am unable to attend the dates and times I am purchasing I can either give or sell my spot to someone else, on my own accord, or forfeit, but no refunds or credits for other times will be issued. All sales are final.
2. I am agreeing that I will be attending the training I have signed up for on time, and will stay present in the class for its entirety in order to recieve my certification.
3. I understand that if the mimimum amount of attendees is not met (6) then the class will not be held and a refund will be issued to me once that decision is made solely by the coordinator.
4. On the day of my training(s), I agree to wear clean socks, and understand that if I choose I can bring a small handheld snack such as an apple or a banana and water to the training.
