Service Form
Filling out this form should only require a few minutes of your time. Offering additional information can expedite the repair process. Please submit one appliance per form. If you have multiple appliances needing attention, kindly submit separate requests. If your property is tenanted, there will be a section for entering tenant details, allowing us to set up an appointment with the tenant.
Our minimum call-out and diagnosis fee covers the technician's time, insurance, fuel, dispatcher fees, office fees, training fees, etc. This fee also encompasses the time spent diagnosing the appliance. Repair labor is billed additionally.

What to expect (if you require further clarity, please inquire prior to booking):

90 days parts & labor warranty
I will be required to provide credit card & it will be charged at time of booking
$50.00 cancellation fee will apply if service call is cancelled after we have spent time to enter the file and process fee. We have no exceptions to this.
Repair labor is billed in addition to call out/diagnostic fee + parts
I will receive confirmation of my booking within 4 business hours (M-F)
If a second person is required to pull out and access my appliance, additional charges will apply + the appointment will have to be re-scheduled
For stacked laundry booking, i am required to provide a picture at time of booking
The technician will call me the evening prior, to provide a 2 hour arrival window
If the technician isn’t able to repair the appliance on the first visit, I will be sent a repair quote by email on the following business day
Completed repair will be charged to card on file. (Non-acct customers)
I understand that diagnostic and labor charges apply, even for quick fixes like clearing a dishwasher obstruction or removing clothing from a pump. Additional labor may range from $69.00 to $199.00 based on the technician's assessment. On average, expect a total cost between $198.00 to $298.00 (inclusive of diagnostic and labor) for most repairs, though this is not a fixed range.
Each appliance is handled separately. Diagnostic and labor fees apply to each appliance request on-site. For instance, if there are (2) appliances in the same residence, you will be charged (2) diagnostic fees plus labor for each.
