This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) as a condition of attending the Conversational Alchemy™ Live Training (“Training”), facilitated by Steve Roehm, and Roehm, LLC and his designated team (“Facilitators”).
By signing this Agreement, the Participant agrees to abide by the following terms:
1. CONFIDENTIALITY & PROPRIETARY INFORMATION
The Conversational Alchemy™ Protocol and its related tools, language structures, exercises, and training methods are proprietary to Steve Roehm and are shared in this Training solely for educational and experiential purposes.
Participant agrees to the following:
All training content, including but not limited to written materials, recorded sessions, live demonstrations, processes, techniques, metaphors, frameworks, exercises, discussions, and coaching, is strictly confidential and proprietary.
Participant shall not share, teach, reproduce, distribute, publish, or otherwise disclose any aspect of the Conversational Alchemy™ Protocol or its methodology in any format—online, in print, via video, or through personal or professional instruction—without prior written consent from Steve Roehm.
Any breach of this confidentiality clause may result in immediate removal from the Training, without refund, and/or revocation of any certification granted.
2. MEDIA RELEASE
The Participant understands that portions of the Conversational Alchemy™ Live Training may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded by the Facilitator or their team for the purposes of documentation, marketing, future course creation, or training enhancement.
By signing this Agreement, Participant:
Grants full permission to be photographed or recorded during any part of the Training.
Acknowledges that such recordings may be used by the Facilitator without compensation, notice, or limitation, in any form of media including but not limited to websites, social media, training materials, promotional videos, and online courses.
Waives any right to inspect, approve, or claim ownership over the use of these images or recordings.
If a Participant has a special circumstance that requires limiting public exposure, this must be communicated in writing prior to the start of the event to the event team.
3. ETHICS & INTEGRITY COMMITMENT
The Conversational Alchemy™ Protocol is a powerful method for facilitating rapid and lasting transformation. Because of its depth, impact, and potential influence on the unconscious mind, its use requires the highest standard of ethics and integrity.
By signing this Agreement, the Participant commits to:
- Using this material exclusively for ethical, compassionate, and empowering purposes in service of client well-being.
- Not engaging in any manipulative, coercive, deceptive, or exploitative behavior—whether in personal, professional, or public settings—using material taught in this Training.
- Conducting oneself in alignment with the principles of emotional safety, client-centered care, informed consent, and respect for others’ autonomy.
- Respecting the privacy, vulnerability, and personal sharing of all fellow participants.
- Violation of this commitment may result in one or more of the following:
- Immediate removal from the live training (without refund)
- Revocation or denial of certification
- Exclusion from future trainings, communities, or programs
- Legal action, if applicable, for breach of confidentiality or misrepresentation
- The Facilitator reserves the sole discretion to determine whether an ethics violation has occurred.
4. PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms above. I understand that my presence at this event is a privilege, not a right, and that my participation is contingent upon my alignment with the values, confidentiality, and ethical use of the material as described.
