    Please fill out this form completely to begin Aquor's Returns and Exchanges process.
  • When returning a product, you will receive an RGA# via email. Please include this number printed out or written on a piece of paper. (Please do not write the RGA# directly on the packaging.)

    You will also receive a return shipping label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

    Any returns/exchanges sent without an RGA# will not be eligible for a refund.

     

    If, for any reason, the product you are returning is damaged or any of its parts are missing, Aquor reserves the right to deduct from your refund to reflect the replacement cost of damaged or missing parts.


    You will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5-7 business days of Aquor receiving the returned product. A 20% restocking fee may apply.

    You will also receive instructions for starting the exchange. 

    • You will need to ship the product back to the warehouse at your cost.
    • We will process the product back into our inventory and send out the exchange. 

    Any returns/exchanges sent without an RGA# will not be eligible for a refund.
