When returning a product, you will receive an RGA# via email. Please include this number printed out or written on a piece of paper. (Please do not write the RGA# directly on the packaging.)

You will also receive a return shipping label and the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Any returns/exchanges sent without an RGA# will not be eligible for a refund.
