Salary: PHP 110.00 during training (approximately 5 weeks) then increased to PHP 220.00 per hour after training

We are a USA-based Virtual Assistant staffing company that caters to US-based clients. One of our services is to offer remote CSR services to our clients. We are looking for long-term team players to perform administrative tasks.

This position is for 3rd shift work. The working hours are around 10pm-6am Philippine time.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Virtual Assistant for our company, your role is to be a Virtual Customer Service Representative for US-based clients.

You would be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Customer Support & Communication
- Account Management
- Data Entry & Documentation
- Emailing
- Communicating through instant messaging
- Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution
- Error free completion of tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Requirements:
- A computer (desktop preferred) with at least an Intel i3 processor, 8GB ram, Windows 7 or greater
- Stable internet (fiber preferred) with at least 10/10Mbps speed
- Internet back up (Pocket wifi preferred) not hotspot or mobile data
- Web camera
- Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone (Logitech H390 or greater)
- Medical clearance stating you are fit to work the night shift/graveyard shift
