(PLEASE READ) Important Notes:

Images captured during the shoot will generally be edited within 7 days, but during busy seasons, it may take up to 3 weeks. Payment for your chosen shoot type will be made same-day. Please note that nudity is completely optional, and you can change your mind with shooting nude content (even after initially agreeing) if you are uncomfortable with the location or the people present. In such cases, please let me know without hesitation, and we will focus on clubwear and lingerie, adjusting the payment accordingly.

If your shoot qualifies, you may receive an additional payment after the release. Shoots containing topless or nude model sets qualify, while lingerie-only shoots do not qualify at this time. Your "promotion period" begins on the day your shoot is released and lasts for 14 days. During this time, any new individuals who join TheChazz.com/Patreon will earn you $10 each for nude shoots. For instance, if you shot nude and 2 new people join, you will earn an additional $20. If 10 people join, you will earn $100, and so on.

The finished images will be shared with you, the vehicle owners, and the property owner (if it's a private location) through a Dropbox folder once they are ready. The Dropbox folder is divided into 2 sections.

1. The “CAN USE” folder will contain the non-lingerie/non-nude images and can be shared as soon as you recieve them (one or two at a time). Please avoid sharing a full set all at once. Censored preview images will also be provided. These are censored versions of lingerie/nude images that you are free to use for promotional posts.

2. The “PATREON ONLY” folder will contain the lingerie and topless/nude images. This folder will have a date in the title, such as "PATREON ONLY until Day/Month/Year." These images cannot be publicly posted until after that date, as they are the exclusive property of TheChazz.com until then. This is how I generate revenue to cover model fees, equipment costs, and other expenses. However, if you wish to use an image from this set for promotional purposes, such as a calendar, print, or business cards, please inform me so that I can keep track of it. After the date on the folder, you are free to post the images on social media, your own Patreon, OnlyFans, etc.

Once the editing process is complete, I will coordinate your release date, which will be mentioned in the title of the Dropbox folder. Regarding your promotional period, I recommend not sharing too many previews before your release date. Your friends and followers may sign up before your promotional period begins, causing another model to earn the commissions instead. Regarding videos, either myself or an assistant may film "behind the scenes" content during the shoot. This will be done using a high-resolution camera and gimble setup and/or a drone. If we capture footage involving nudity, it will typically be used to create "bonus content" for the Patreon page. Some of this footage may be censored for use in promotional videos. Once the videos are complete, they will also be included in the Dropbox folder in both censored and uncensored version.

Please note that this photoshoot will be conducted as a closed set, which means that no other photographers are permitted to participate. You are welcome to take a few photos with your phone for personal sharing on social media, but the use of professional-level cameras by yourself or any guests you bring along is strictly prohibited.

MODEL RELEASE FORM

I, {modelsLegal} AKA {modelAlias}, the undersigned, hereby grant TheChazz.com LLC, its legal representatives, successors, and all persons or corporations acting with its permission, unrestricted permission to copyright and/or use, written or oral responses to questionnaires or interviews, or publish photographic portraits or pictures of me. This includes the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, or in which I may be included in whole or in part, or composite, or distorted in form, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media in its studio or elsewhere, for art or any other lawful purpose.

I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product or copy that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me, or the use to which it may be applied. I further release the Photographer, or others for whom he/she is acting, from any claims for remuneration associated with any form of damage, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with the proper commercial or artistic use of these images unless it can be shown that said reproduction was maliciously caused, produced, and published for the sole purpose of subjecting me to conspicuous ridicule, scandal, reproach, scorn, and indignity. I acknowledge that the photography session was conducted in a completely proper and professional manner, and this release was willingly signed. I certify that I am not a minor and am free and able to give such consent.

I consent to my image being uploaded to, published on, and downloaded from TheChazz.com, Patreon.com, and all associated social media platforms by the creator/content uploader whose name is below, and/or by viewers of my content. Upon signing this document, I provide my explicit consent to use my image on TheChazz.com, Patreon.com, and all associated social media platforms. I also agree to the content creator storing my consent indefinitely and producing my consent to a third party under contract, as required by law or pursuant to network rules

This Model Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between TheChazz.com LLC, with a registered address at PO Box 171, Stilwell, KS 66085, hereinafter referred to as "TheChazz," and the undersigned model, whose name is provided below, hereinafter referred to as "Model."

1. Advisory and Counsel:
During the term of this Agreement, TheChazz may provide advice and counsel to the Model in matters related to publicity, public relations, advertising, and distribution of images created during the photoshoot. Model agrees to seek TheChazz's counsel regarding all matters concerning Model's endeavors in the fields related to shoots between Model and TheChazz. Model shall inform TheChazz of all offers of purchase or use of images captured during this shoot and will direct all inquiries concerning captured images of Model to TheChazz.

2. Exclusive Rights and Distribution:
TheChazz is granted the exclusive right to use, distribute, and license others to use and distribute Model's photos, portraits, and pictures in connection with the contracted shoot, as well as for advertising and publicity purposes related to the Model shoot in the Fields and matters covered by this Agreement. TheChazz may publicize that the contracted shoot is exclusive to TheChazz.com and may engage in similar services for others and other related business ventures.

3. Payment:
TheChazz shall pay Model the following amounts:

$75 for Photoshoots including up to two lingerie sets.

-AND/OR-

An additional $125 ($200 total) for an additional topless set.

-OR-

An additional $225 ($300 total) or a mutually negotiated rate for an additional fully nude set.

Funds will be paid to Model by check or verifiable funds transfer on the day of the shoot. Model acknowledges and agrees that they are solely responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, whether income or otherwise. Transactions exceeding $600 in combined payments during the taxable year shall be recorded via US Tax Form 1099-MISC. 

1. Termination and Refund:
This Agreement shall be valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of the photoshoot. Model may not terminate this Agreement after the publishing of the shoot has occurred. However, Model may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice delivered by registered mail to TheChazz's address listed on this document, no later than one week prior to the shoot's publishing date. In such case, Model shall pay a termination fee of $500, plus a refund of all payments previously made to Model for the contracted shoot, payable to TheChazz. Once the shoot has been published, this Agreement becomes long-standing and permanent unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Service Charge:
TheChazz is entitled to pay a service charge from clients utilizing Model's services for this shoot only. Model and TheChazz agree that this service charge will not affect Model's future comission type reimbursement, which is solely based on direct payments related to the viewing of Model's photoshoot as contracted in this Agreement.

3. Conduct and Behavior:
Model agrees to conduct themselves with propriety and dignity during the shoot and in all engagements related to TheChazz.com. Model shall not engage in any activities that may harm the reputation and goodwill of Model or TheChazz, impair Model's capacity to comply with the terms of this Agreement, or impair Model's physical or mental qualities and abilities. This includes refraining from the use of drugs or alcohol that may affect Model's ability to produce quality images. Model further agrees to abide by all standard rules and policies of TheChazz regarding behavior on castings and engagements. TheChazz may terminate this Agreement with five (5) days' notice to Model for breach of this provision.

4. Entire Agreement and Modifications:
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings. No modification, alteration, or amendment of any provisions contained herein shall be valid or binding unless in writing and executed by both parties. Both parties warrant that they have not been induced by, and are not relying on, any promises, representations, or warranties not set forth in writing in entering into this Agreement.

5. Binding Effect:
This Agreement shall be binding upon both parties, their heirs, successors, assigns, etc. 
By signing below, both parties acknowledge their understanding of and agreement to the terms contained within this Agreement.

Please note that both the questions above and the photos/portfolios will need to be submitted in order to be added to the roster. It is important to understand that the application does not guarantee a shoot, but I make every effort to accommodate everyone interested, provided that I can arrange a suitable time, vehicle, and location.
