GENERAL TERMS OF USE FOR CAD DATA
FROM THE AL-KO VEHICLE TECHNOLOGY
All files provided (3D models, drawings, etc.) are the property
of Alois Kober GmbH (short: AL-KO). The files represent
reduced, simplified models of our components and may only
be used for illustration or presentation as well as for
installation space checks in Computer Aided Design.
Passing on these files to third parties without the appropriate
permission is not permitted. This applies to both the transfer
on electronic data carriers and the sending by electronic
means (e.g. e-mail). It is not permitted without written
permission from AL-KO:
i) to pass on the data as part of an external service
ii) copy or transfer the data to a website
iii) to distribute the data on any medium.
INFORMATION ABOUT THE COLLECTION,
PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL
DATA.
The personal data of the applicant are collected to provide
legal protection for the above-mentioned terms of use (Art. 6
lit. b GDPR). The data will only be disclosed or transmitted to
third parties if the terms of use are not complied with. We
store your data within the framework of the legal storage
obligations or as long and as far as it is necessary for the
purposes for which the data was collected or processed in
any other way.
