  • Please note:

    • A 50% booking deposit is required to secure a photo or filming date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event date.

  • Please note:

    • The Opera House is a Micro-Event Venue. Per requirements set forth by the City of Cleveland Codes Department, no more than 49 individuals are permitted inside the Opera House "Main Chamber" at one time, including any vendors who many need to be setup inside the main space.
    • The Opera House Main Chamber and Suite are located on the third floor of Craigmiles Hall. Due to the historical nature of the building, there is no elevator, escalator, or lift installed in Craigmiles Hall. 
    • A 50% booking deposit is required to secure a date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event date.

    All wedding and event bookings include: on-site support staff, up-lighting with adjustable 16-million point color range to match event colors, event tables and chairs, and our standard offering includes black spandex table cloths and chair covers. Custom colors can be request for additional cost.

  • Note: You can add additional time "by the hour" for the packages listed above. We can discuss this during the booking process!

  • Please disclose any plans to bring alcoholic drinks on-site in advance. A licensed and insured bartender is required for some events serving alcohol. If alcohol is not disclosed in advance, Muse Mind Studios reserves the right to limit serving.

    We can recommend a bartending service provider if needed. 

    Additionally, please know there is no kitchen or dedicated catering area (but we have food catered to our events all the time!)
