Rules & Regulations

In consideration of my participation in the foregoing, the undersigned acknowledge and agree to the following:

I am legally responsible for the actions and behaviors of my dog(s) at all times.My dog(s) must be properly licensed, vaccinated, and wear a collar and ID with updated information.No dogs under 4 months of age allowed.Dogs over 6 months of age must be spayed and neutered.No more than 3 dogs per handler is allowed.My dog(s) must be kept on a leash no longer than 6ft. at all times. Retractable leashes are not allowed for the safety of you, your pet, and others.Dogs with a history of dangerous or aggressive behavior are prohibited. Dogs who display aggression toward people or other dogs will be removed immediately.I am responsible for picking up after my dog(s) and disposing of dog waste in designated containers.My dog(s) can not be left unattended.Dogs are not allowed to walk their human.Children under 12 are not allowed without an adult.I acknowledge that my dog(s) are not allowed in the playground and picnic areas.The following is prohibited: Alcohol, tobacco, glass containers, food, dog treats, littering, and wheeled devices, EXCEPT for mobility aids.

Following the pronouncements above I hereby declare the following:

I agree to the above Rules and Regulations and I understand what is prohibited at the Paws Walk Event. Failure to follow the rules and regulations listed above or if I violate any item that is prohibited, may result in myself and my dog(s) to be removed from the event.

By signing below I acknowledge that I have read the foregoing Liability Release Waiver and understand its contents; that I am at least eighteen (18) years old and fully competent to accept these terms.
