-Upstate Event Services will invoice you directly.
-Payment required in advance from all exhibitors before delivery. No exceptions.
-If additional items, linen color option etc are needed, please list in the "instructions" field above.
-orders must be placed 72 hours before setup.
-Rental Company will send confirmation of your order via fax, email or mail.
-It is the Exhibitors responsibility to ensure that all items rented, are in their booth during set up and at the completion of the show, until retrieved by Upstate Event Services at the show.
