By filling out this form below you are giving us the pertinent information we will need to get you booked on this sailing. After your form is recieved your cruise will be placed on a FREE hold. You will then have time to review all of the details on your Cruise Confirmation. After your final review you will give us the OK and we will then send you information on how to make your deposit payment.

If you would prefer another cabin category not listed, that is not a problem we can book any cabin type and then enter it into the group. Keep in mind pricing on those categories will be at the prevailing rate when booked. We have the cabins held at a lower rate in that group block. If for some reason the prevailing rates go below what we have listed. We will call NCL to lower your rate if it can be done. To always make sure you are paying the lowest possible price.

ADD ON Pricing: 

Pre paid gratuities are $200.00 per person any cabin category. For MA cabin category it will be $220.00 per person.If you do not Pre pay they will automatically be added onto your bill once you are on the ship.

FREE at Sea Offer # 1 - $215.80 per person. You will only be paying for the 20% Taxes on the Premium Beverage Package for $198.00 and $17.80 for (2) Specialty Dining Restaurants per person. This is a Savings of $2575.00 if you had to purchase it on your own. The cost of the Premium Drink Package alone is $1190.00 per person. So your getting them both for a per person price of $215.80. 

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: As for the FREE at SEA Offer SOME RESTRICTIONS APPLY:  If you are an Inside or Solo Cabin you can choose TWO Amenities. If you are in an Balcony Cabin or above you can automatically get FOUR Amenities. From the bundles above.  Guests 3 & 4 in a cabin do not qualify for offer. If 3rd or 4th in the Cabin they will automatically be charged the $198 for the premium beverage package 20% gratiuities if they are 21 years of age or over. If they are under 21 they would be charged the taxes for the Soda Package. If they choose Bundle #1 

As part of the Group Rate EVERYONE MUST have the FREE at SEA Offer If you are not a Drinker then choose Bundle # 2. If you want the premium beverage package bundle # 1,  you will see $215.80 added to the pricing above per person!

FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE IS BY March 3, 2023

You can make as many payments as you like as often as you like, but take note that final payment must be paid by 3/1/23 - NO EXCEPTIONS. With larger groups we need a cushion so keep that in mind. We always recommend you make final payment a few days before it is due to avoid any payment issues or having a card declined. As debit cards have Daily Limits which can prevent full payment on one day.  

Each booked cabin will be given a special in cabin gift compliments of  Agents with Destinations to Explore!   In addition to handful of other Free Cruise Perks that you can only get when booking your cruise with us.

NOTE: Passports ARE REQUIRED for this sailing. So take a minute to review your passports and make sure they are valid and still good for 6 months after your return date.  This is very important. We will need to see a Photo of the Main page of your passports prior to final payment to verify it's still valid. Through email or by a screenshot to our phones. So if you need to order a new Passport make sure this is the first thing you do after you book your cruise.

Vaccine requirements and Texting are changing in the USA for NCL as of 10/03/2023. You will No Longer need to be Vaccinated to sail or having to take a Covid test. This also applies to Embarkation from Rome. (Some other countries may have different rules)

Air Travel: Beginning on May 3, 2023 all travelers 18 and over will need to have an Official REAL-ID or Enhanced Drivers License to Fly within the USA.   

NCL is currently offering a Buy One get One FREE promo for Flights. You can arrive One or Two days early into ROME. Keep in mind if booking your flights through NCL you have no control of what you will get, Nor can you guarante that your friends or family will get the same flights as you. They are also allowed to give you more than one layover and up to a 5 hour layover on International Flights. If you are looking to save money it is not a bad deal. If you want full control of all of your flight times then you should book your own airfare. If you do go with NCL Flight promo you can decide to cancel it within 80 days prior to sailing if you want to book your own flights. Otherwise you are LOCKED into what you get. They will notify you about 30 days pror to the sail date what your Flight Schedule will be. NCL will give you your Flight Schedule 30 days prior to sail date     

Guest Information Following information is to be filled out based on those guests in your cabin ONLY and rates are per person based on double occupancy. NOTE: It is important that guest's full name on the cruise ticket be the same as the guest's non-expired Passport Valid for SIX months after travel return date.

Payment Details are as follows: Deposit of $250.00 pp is due within (7) days of FREE Hold.   Full Balance due By March 3, 2023. All payments are processed by your agent at Destinations to Explore.  Then paid directly to Norwegian Cruise Line. A credit card authorization form link will be emailed to the email address on file. Or a Client Portal Link will be created for you to update your card on file for future payments. Or you may call your agent with your card information. PLEASE CONTACT your agent to MAKE PAYMENTS. We will send you a payment form or link to process your debit/credit card for your Deposit. Your signature is required to complete your travel plans.
