CONCOURSE GOLF BUGGY RENTAL AGREEMENT

In consideration of {golfClub} granting the undersigned use of the Concourse Golf Remote Control Electric Power Buggy, the undersigned, individually and jointly, do hereby agree:

1. To return the golf buggy immediately following the completion of play, in as good condition as the undersigned received, normal wear expected.
2. To pay for all damage or loss to the golf cart and any other equipment hire.
3. To accept full responsibility for all children under the age of 17 years who are using the cart.
4. To release and indemnify Concourse Golf and the golf club through which the Concourse Golf Remote Control Electric Power Buggy is being hired from all claims, damages, costs, expenses, injury or death whether or not it is caused by Concourse Golf's or the golf club's negligence or default that may arise while the golf buggy is rented to the undersigned or whilst the undersigned or any children under the supervision and control of the undersigned.
5. The undersigned represent that they are familiar with the operation, use and control on the golf buggy, that they have read the instructions appearing on the golf buggy, and that they are able to operate and control the golf buggy in accordance with the instructions. I hereby acknowledge that I/we have read the terms and conditions for the hire of the equipment identified above and I agree to be bound by those terms and conditions.
