  • We hope you found your Options Session helpful and supportive. This was a while ago now, and we would like to check in with you and ask how you are feeling. 

    This online form will give you space to say if you need additional support with your mental health and wellbeing. It will also ask about your experience of Oxfordshire Mind so far. Your responses enable us to develop our services and tailor our offering. The information you provide helps us to maintain funding support.
