Lease Change Request FeeEach departing tenant is responsible for paying their own non-refundable lease change fee when a housemate change is processed. This fee covers the administrative work involved in reviewing and updating the lease but does not guarantee that any new applicant will be approved. If more than two (2) replacement applicants are submitted but not approved, an additional lease change fee will be required to review additional potential new applicants.

By submitting this Lease Change Request Form, I, {myName}, acknowledge that I am solely responsible for ensuring that all signers complete their required steps in a timely manner. Any delays in reviewing and signing may result in administrative fees, which will be charged to the payment method provided on this form:

Once lease documents are sent, all signers are expected to review/sign within 1-3 business days. If any signer fails to complete their required steps within seven (7) days, a $50 administrative fee will be charged to the payment method above. An additional $50 fee will apply for every subsequent seven-day period until all required signatures are received.

These fees cover administrative time spent following up to ensure timely lease completion. Charges will be processed using the payment card securely stored via Stripe at the time of this Lease Change Request submission.
