Please note, the below form is for the CPA logo uniform from year 3 upwards as well as the required footwear for CPA only and is not for other items such as tights, socks, pink/white ballet shoes or hair accessories as we have a stock of these available to purchase from reception at CMG. Uniform for students in year 2 or below can be bought at reception too.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CPA LOGO UNIFORM CAN TAKE UP TO 4 WEEKS TO BE MADE AND SENT FROM THE DATE IT IS ORDERED. WE WILL PLACE ONE ORDER EACH ACADEMIC HALF TERM AND YOU WILL BE SENT DATES FOR THIS. SHOES USUALLY ARRIVE WITHIN ONE WEEK FROM THE DATE WE ORDER. SHOES CAN ALSO BE ORDERED MORE REGULARLY THAN ONCE PER HALF TERM FROM THE CMG RECEPTION.

Students in grade 3 and below should wear either just their leotard or leotard with shorts and only wear leggings for Aerial Hoop. They may wear black convertible tights during colder months if they wish to.
