The current range for team coaching is:
- $500-$1,000 for up to 2 hours*
- $1,000-$2,500 for a half day*
- $2,500-$5,000 for a full day
- Ongoing support options can be discussed after initial team coaching session.
Final booking cost will be based upon the information provided in this intake form and a conversation with the primary contact person/client for this event. Once a rate agreement is reached, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the agreed rate will be required to confirm the booking. The balance of that cost will be due 48 hours before the time of the initial team session. The client will be sent, by email, options for making payment at the time of rate agreement.

Once I receive this form, I will contact you to set up a time to meet you, and discuss your team and your goals for this coaching process. I look forward to meeting and serving you and your people.
