Presenter Guidelines:

To keep Member Spotlights effective tools to educate FANG members, to keep them enjoyable for attendees, and to keep them personal, we've published guidelines on our website at https://forney.business/mobile-app/spotlights/

You must agree to abide by the Presenter Guidelines in order to present.

Model Release:

To help promote our group -- which helps promote your business -- we ask Spotlight presenters to sign a release allowing us to take photos and record audio/video (media) and to use that media in various advertisements online and in print. The media may include images/recordings of you, your products, and your slideshow/presentation (visual and vocal).

If you're able and willing to help FANG, please grant us permission below to proceed. Your eligibility to present will be unaffected by your choice.

I, hereby grant permission to the rights of my image, likeness and sound of my voice as recorded on audio or video without payment or any other consideration. I understand that my image maybe edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed and waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of my image or recording. I also understand that this material may be used in diverse advertising & business settings within an unrestricted geographic area for a variety of purposes.

By signing this release, I understand this permission signifies that photographic or video recordings of me may be electronically displayed via the Internet or in a public setting.

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed. Should you decide to withdraw your authorization, you may do so at anytime by submitting your request in writing to FANG.

By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have completely read and fully understand the above release and agree to be bound thereby. I hereby release all claims against any person or organization utilizing this material for educational purposes.
