Absenbce Policy
1. 每學期請假不得超過三次. 2. 每學期的credits將在相應學期結束時計算 (accounting period: 在學期結束前一周截止計算提交, 截止後的提交將計入下學期請假), credits自發行日起兩個月內有效. 3. 只能同課使用,不可轉讓,不可兌換現金.4. 請確保您的缺席日期是正確的,系統會交叉核對記錄後刪除錯誤日期的credit 5.請假單不能倒數日期,請確保最晚在當天請假.

Credits are to issue at end of each semester (actg period: cuts off submissions a week prior to the semester's end day, submissions after cutoff will be included in the following semester. Credits are good for two months from issuance. 3.Credits are applicable to the same subject only, not transferrable, not redeemable for cash. 4. Please be certain your absnece date is correct, system cross- references records to remove credit for wrong absence date. 5. Absence Request cannot be backdated, it's important to make your request the latest on the same day being absent.
