This release and idemnity The Texas Chargers, Inc. from any liability to any party during your stay at Camp Allen. The Texas Chargers, Inc. requirement is that you/your family guests, attendant, or any other person for whom you are acting as guardian or representative, will assume full responsiblity for anyone brought. onto the premises for any damage or injury of any nature whatever they may incur to themselves, their property while on premises, and that you assure that your insurance coverage will extend to any such injury or damage.

I herby given The Texas Chargers, Inc. the right to photograph, video tape, and sound record the acts, appearances, utterances of me/my son/my daughter/my ward/or any member in connection therewith, and without limit as to time, to produce and reproduce the same or any part therof by any method. ans to use said photographs, teletapes, films, video tapes adn sounf recordings for any purpose which Texas Chargers, Inc. deema proper in teh interest of internert, newspapers, television media, brochures, pamphlets, instructional material, books and clinical material, medical education, knowledge or research. All such photographs, teletapes, films and sound recording shall all be the exclusive property of The Texas Chargers, Inc. and I herby relinquish all rights, title and interest therein.
