  • The user fills out a form on the website where they can consent to receive notification messages. There is also a box they can check to receive product updates and/or marketing messages.

  • In our account validation email, we offer the consumer a button to opt-in for SMS messages. If the consumer consents, messages will be sent for shipping and product updates.

  • While on the phone with the user, the agent asks the customer to confirm if they wish to receive additional information via SMS. If the user agrees, the information is sent. For example,  They go to the location or call our number found on the website, billboards, print ads, yard signs and business cards. We ask our clients,

"Hi Customer, would you like to receive text message communications about updates on your property or to communicate with us should you have any concerns? Please be aware that by providing your consent, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You can text HELP for assistance or more information, and you can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes, as stated in our Privacy Policy."

If the clients agree, they will provide their phone numbers and will receive updates through text messages.

  • Opt-ins occur when our customers send us a message first. They get our phone numbers because they are listed on our website, billboards, print ads, yard signs, business cards, etc., and we only respond with the information they need.
