    Permission to use photos and videos. (Only applicable to customers of Say Cheese Event Photography services)
  • I grant Say Cheese Events, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs and videos of me in connection to my event. I authorise Say Cheese Events, its assigns and transferees to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically.
    I agree that Say Cheese Events, may use such photographs and videos of me with or without my name, and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and web content.

    Cancellation Policy & Security Bond
  • A 50% deposit is required to secure the date and time of your event, with the remaining amount due 1 week prior to your event date. All events are non-refundable, and we have a strict rescheduling policy of atleast 24 hours prior to your event for wet weather/sickness cases. However, we encourage you to have a wet weather plan in place, reach out to us for some practical ideas for your wet weather back up plan. We require a $100 security bond for all equipment hire which will be returned to you on the same day, as long as equipment is not damaged/stolen.

  • Say Cheese Events holds a high standard for all food health and safety protocols. As the customer, I have informed Say Cheese Events of any allergies and food intolerances prior to my event, and I agree to hold Say Cheese Events, Its representives and employees, free of any liability and responsibility for any adverse reaction or injury as a result of food served or participation during any event.
