     -MASK ARE REQUIRED!!! LET CONTINUE TO STAY SAFE AND STAY HEALTHY

     -PLEASE COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH CLEAN LASHES/CLEAN FACE (EX. NO MAKEUP, NO MASCARA, NO MOISTURIZER OR OILS.)

     -NO EXTRA GUEST ALLOWED. I AM A HOME BASED LASH TECH AND THE AREA I LASH IN IS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR EXTRA GUEST

     -IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL PLEASE RESCHEDULE FOR THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE. YOUR LASHES CAN WAIT!!!

     
    Late policy

    -YOU HAVE A 10 MINUTE GRACE PERIOD. IF YOU ARE NOT HERE WITHIN THE GRACE PERIOD YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL SERVICE .

     - IF THE AMOUNT IS NOT PAYED YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK WITH ME AGAIN. KEEP IN MIND I DO HAVE OTHER CLIENTS AFTER YOU AND I HAVE TO HAVE TIME FOR THEM AS WELL.

     

    No shows

      -NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE NO EXCUSES 

    -KEEP IN MIND THIS IS MY TIME AND OTHER GIRLS ARE TRYING TO BOOK ASWELL , SO NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

    -YOU WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE BLOCKED FROM EVER BOOKING AGAIN

     

    Fills

    - FOR A 1 WEEK FILL YOU NEED 70% OF YOUR LASHES STILL THERE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED A 1 WEEK FILL

     - FOR A 2 WEEK FILL YOU NEED 50%-60% OF YOUR LASHES STILL THERE IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED A 2 WEEK FILL

     

    After your appointment 

     - YOU HAVE 24 - 48HRS TO LET ME KNOW IF ANYTHING IS WRONG WITH YOUR LASHES SO I CAN FIX THEM

     - I DO NOT DO REFUNDS SO PLEASE IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR LASHES PLEASE LET ME KNOW

    -ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

     - PLEASE FOLLOW YOUR AFTERCARE IF YOU DO NOT YOUR LASHES WILL BEGIN TO FALL OUT AT A FASTER RATE THAN USUAL

     - EVERYONE'S LASHES ARE DIFFERENT YOU MIGHT NEED A WEEK FILL SOMETIMES BECAUSE OF YOUR LASH GROWTH

    Rescheduling

     -IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 48HRS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT THERE WILL BE A FEE CHARGED AND YOU WILL NEED TO SEND A NEW DEPOSIT TO SET UP A NEW APPOINTMENT.

     -NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BOOK AGAIN

     -IF YOU RESHEDULE ANYTIME BEFORE THE 48 HRS YOU WILL NOT NEED TO SEND A NEW DEPOSIT
