Training activities and funding opportunities for students organised by FENS and its partners are regularly available. Facilitate your students' access to this information by nominating a student ambasador of your school programme, whom we can contact and can support in further disseminating this information among your students.
NENS Student Ambassadors
Role:
- Receive communications from NENS office regarding upcoming opportunities for students and further personalize and transmit it to local student community and at large via social media;
- Collect ideas on training needs and interesting topics from the student community and share it with the NENS office (ongoing Call for Ideas, ENCODS matters etc.);
- Inform the NENS Office if the NENS School Coordinator has been changed (we usually confront the situation in which a new coordinator is assigned and no one informs us of the change);
- Act as entry point for foreign students who visit their school (NENS student ambassador name can be listed on the NENS programme listing on the NENS Directory should the NENS programme coordinator agrees).
The NENS ambassadors:
- receive a certificate for the NENS student ambassador role following (at least) 1 year of active involvement
- attend the annual online networking session with the FENS/NENS ambassadors.
