To be eligible for the early bird draw for the AGM, your membership dues and forms must be submitted and postmarked no later than October 31.

As per our constitution, all local associations are obligated to forward their membership dues to the office of the Federation by December 31.

Any membership dues received by this local association after December 31, are still to be sent to the Federation upon receipt.
