Please fill out the attached Teen form, this must be printed off and given to Pastor Caleb on the day of the rally. The cost for the rally is $20 per person. Please make sure you have paid that before departure!
Plan to meet at the church by 7AM to load up on the bus, we'll plan to be back at CHBC around 6:30 PM.
