HPLS Join Up (Retired Pensioned Staff & Officers)

Please complete this form and submit. This form will notify HPLS of your intention to join up and we will set up the deduction with pensions at HCC / TVP. This will entitle you to enjoy a range of member benefits and also request financial support for police sport.

You will receive a membership card via the post. Please register at www.hplsoffers.org for member benefits after you have received your join up instructions. You will be sent an access code. Please check for spam folders if you do not see anything after 3 days.

Our website www.hpls.org provides all the information you should need regarding offers and events. We will also send out regular news letters to our members.

The annual subscription is £36 a year* (£3 monthly by pension deduction).

*Membership can easily be cancelled after 12 months by emailing us, however we hope that you will stay with us as the vast majority do and continue to save far more than the small subscription which have not increased in over 14 years! Nearly 5,000 members now can't be wrong. We are a non-profit members club where we work only for our members with our resources used only for our members. We are the ONLY official police staff benefits body serving both our serving and retired Hantspol colleagues and families.

I agree to have £3 deducted monthly from my pension. HPLS will set this up directly with pensions and it will appear as a deduction on your pensions advice.

HPLS also run the Force Lottery which pays out over £10,000 per month in two fortnightly draws for as little as a 92p a week. Retired staff are drawn as winners in almost every draw including our top prizes! A monthly ticket from £4 can be set up to be deducted from your monthly pension. No checking of numbers are required. We notify all winners after each draw. You can join up here and now rather than applying separately.

Can be any amount from £4 to £25 as whole £'s. Each £1 gives 4 tickets. Example the minimum £4 gives you 16 tickets (chances) each draw and the max £25 gives you a 100 tickets.

Do you play any sports?

If you do we may be able to support you to play and compete in various PSUK police and community based sports. We also have a number of active sports sections which you can get involved in. The are shown on our website www.hpls.org Retired members will need to have served with Hampshire to be supported for sports.

Data Protection / GDPR - HPLS do not share any personal data with any outside business or body. Personal details are only used for HPLS to administer your membership or to provide our members with benefits. We may if needed provide members details only where the member has requested a benefit (ticket, trip, product etc) where we need to inform the provider of that requested benefit or activity.
