St. Thomas' Children's and Youth Programs Registration 2022-2023
We are offering Sunday School for school aged children in our new room in the Old School Building at 10:00 a.m. on Sundays beginning on 9/18/22. Additionally we plan to offer more children's and youth events as well as additional community service opportunities. If your child/children are interested in the Acolyte Program, please let us know by checking "Youth Ministry". If we have enough interest and support we'd love to offer a Sunday Nursery. Please let us know. By the same token, we'd love to do a Youth Trip if there is enough interest and support. Please help in our planning by sharing your information and indicating the programs in which you'd be potentially interested. I give permission for my child/children (named on this form) to participate in Children's and Youth Ministry activities at St. Thomas' Church, Garrison Forest. I grant permission to St. Thomas' Church, Garrison Forest employees and/or volunteer staff to make medical decisions with respect to said minor child/children in the event of accident or injury when parental consent shall be unavailable or when circumstance shall require immediate medical decisions, and to administer medication when required (every attempt will be made to contact parent/guardian).
