4 Year Service Award Application
The Four Year Service Award is an award designed to recognize those students who have given their time and energy to improving their residential living environment throughout their collegiate career. A student must have been involved in their campus Residence Life program(s) for at least three and a half academic years.
Please list your four years of service in the residence halls. There must be at least one activity each year. (Activity, Academic Year).
Conference Attendance: Please list the type (e.g. MACURH, NACURH, etc.), year, and location of all NACURH related conferences that you have attended. You must have attended at least three conferences.
Program Presentations or Supplemental Involvement: Please list any and all presentations you were a part including which MACURH/NACURH affiliated conference it was presented at, or the time period and topic of any other supplementary involvement.
