Overview

This training and onboarding will provide an overview to your Athena Weapons Detection System, read documents and watch the videos attached. These will be provided at the end of the training for download.

You will need to sign off on the completed training sessions.

The following information will be presented:

Description of CEIA history/position in the security market

Description and purpose of the device

OPENGATE® technology

Main features: Object filtering (difference in weapons detection where does not setup off the system for a cell phone but it does for a weapon), faster throughput, easy setup and easy maintenance of system

Detection Standards

This training is for administrators, who will have access to adjust the government standards for the poles. The initial setting will be selected in this form. All administrators that wish access to changing security settings on the CEIA OPENGATE® poles need to register with the link at the end of this document labeled CEIA Registration, click on it. This should be completed one week prior to installation date.

NOTE: If this is given to the wrong person, weapons could get by if settings are set wrong. ONLY AN IMPORTANT FEW WITHIN THE ORGANIZATION SHOULD HAVE ACCESS TO THIS, manager level and above.
