Cancellation Policy and Terms of Agreement: The final date for cancellation is November 1, 2022. Vendor will be charged for all participation and sponsorship fees for cancellations made after November 1, 2022. Submission of this form confirms Vendor agreement to all terms included.
GCX: Start the Year Conference payment is due on or before December 1, 2022. This form will become binding upon receipt of signed 2023 Vendor GC Buying Group contract. Signed 2023 contract is due by October 1, 2022. Vendor buying group fees must be paid by December 1, 2022.
By submitting this form, Vendor agrees to the above charges as indicated and confirms that Vendor has the authority to fill out this form on behalf of the company. By completing and submitting this form vendor agrees to adhere to the standards and guidelines contained in the GC buying group contract. Dates, times, and location are subject to change.
In addition, Vendor agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of exhibiting with International Market Centers, AmericasMart and Fern Expo.
Should it become necessary for any reason for GC or AmericasMart/IMC to cancel the 2023 GCX: Start the Year Member Conference, Vendor event payment will be refunded.
