2023 Summer Workshop on ADRD Disparities Application

We are now accepting applications from post-doctoral fellows and junior faculty (e.g., MD, PhD, DrPH, PharmD or equivalent) from Johns Hopkins and external institutions who meet NIH criteria for being an early-stage investigator, as well as mid-career investigators who are transitioning to research that is thematically aligned with the Workshop. Applicants from under-represented racial and ethnic groups as well as individuals with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply. The deadline for submission is Tuesday, January 17, 2023 at 11:59pm ET. The Workshop will be held on Tuesday, June 6 - Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
The workshop is co-organized by the Hopkins' Economics of Alzheimer's Disease and Services (HEADS) Center, Johns Hopkins Alzheimer's Disease Resource Center for Minority Aging Research (JHAD-RCMAR), and Hopkins Center for Health Disparities Solutions (HCHDS).

This form is intended to gather information for projects of varying scope and stage. While some fields are required, it's okay if you don't (yet) have all information that this form includes.
