Exploring their experience is be a deeply edifying experience for the modern Christian.
Kings and Throne: Not many ancient cultures have the kind of meticulous record keeping that Isralites had for their kings. From its founding to its destruction, the history of Israel can be seen through the eyes of their rulers. Through the guide of prophets or the lack of it, we learn much about human nature and how we as a humanity respond to God in times of crisis and blessing.
Apologetics: Apologetics is the Christian disciple of defending (or giving reason) ones faith. This is not a commonly taugh discipline, but in a world of diversity and coexistence, what can be more important than being able to talk about ones faith with reasona and respect for the other.
