Our Price Beat by 5% Guarantee (PBG) means that if you find a lower priced identical stocked item that's in stock with a competitor, we will not only match it, we'll beat it by 5%.

How do I obtain the 5% reduction?

It’s as easy as 1,2,3. You can obtain the PBG by filling in the below details and uploading the competitors quote or calling Morgan Sports.

1. Record the price - Obtain a quote from a competitor and submit it to us within 7 days
2. Let us know - Give us a call, email us or fill in the below form with your record of the cheaper price.
3. Match and Save - Once approved, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price.

What items does the 5% reduction apply to?

Our guarantee applies to all identical products and services that are:

• Stocked at Morgan Sports
• In stock at our competitors
• Not excluded from the PBG (see below)
• When assessing the PBG from other companies, we also take into account the added cost of delivery to your location (if any). If the identical, in stock product can be purchased and delivered to your location for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will beat that total price by 5%.

What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?

1. We will beat the price by 5% if we are able to verify the competitor’s price and that the competitor’s offer is current, not expired and in stock. A valid quote must be emailed to us within 7 days of receiving a quote from a competitor.
2. Morgan Sports reserves the right not to sell at or below our cost price.
3. To be eligible for a price beat by 5% the item in question must be identical as size, model, quality etc. and new stock. Final discretion of comparable quality is determined by Morgan Sports
4. The price beat by 5% policy applies to stocked product lines or products in stock (in our warehouse).
5. We exclude items sold in stock liquidations, eBay, Gumtree, Kogan, Amazon, clearances, auctions, contract pricing, project quotations, shop soiled, damaged or seconds.
6. The policy applies to competitor’s final price including GST, taxes, fees, delivery and other charges.
7. The competitor in question must be in Australia.
8. For fair comparison, the competitor’s cash price will beaten by 5% on a cash basis.
9. We may at our discretion beat online prices by 5%
10. We reserve the right to exclude from our price beat policy, a product that is part of a financing deal, cash back, coupon code or bonus-type offer.
11. Our price beat by 5% policy applies only at the time of the sale. Retrospective adjustments for price matching will not be entered into at a later date.
12. Quotes placed from Western Australia will exclude price matches based on freight inclusions, meaning we will not include the freight charges when matching a quote from Western Australia. The Price match will only be considered to the product's overall pricing including taxes negating the freight charges. 
13. The following product lines are excluded from the price beat FleetX cardio equipment, Rapid Motion commercial fitness equipment, custom made products, custom made boxing rings, custom made MMA cages.
