This warranty is limited to a 1 yr manufacturer's warranty for brand new, factory sealed appliances, or 1 yr third party warranty for all open box, scratch and dent appliances. If you live outside a 30-mile radius then you must schedule an appointment via phone (972.685.5415) to bring your product in for service. Please note that all refrigeration products, including refrigerators, freezers, and wine coolers, should not be plugged in for 24 hours after delivery. This waiting period allows the compressor's oil to settle, ensuring the unit functions properly. Failure to follow these steps will result in the voiding of the store warranty.
