Please note: Haidong Gumdo Cutting requires that participants be at least 16 years old and provide their own swords. The swords will be subject to inspection by the Gumdo masters prior to cutting. There will be one sword available to borrow if neccessary.
I hereby submit my form to the Battle of Columbus Martial Arts World Games 2023 Seminar Event. I agree to waive all claims against any person connected with this event for injuries I may sustain and assume full responsibility for all my actions in connection with said event. I understand there are rules and regulations associated with the event and I will abide by said rules and regulations. I also understand that any pictures and video recordings of me participating in said event may be used without compensation. NO REFUNDS
