Candy Carnival Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Candy Carnival. We are excited that you are taking this opportunity to serve with us! We are looking for people to help to setup, cleanup, and run games. The carnival itself runs from 2-5pm on Saturday, October 28, 2023. Shifts and times are outlined below. (Note: background checks are not needed for volunteers as children will be attending with their parent/guardian.)

Description of Volunteer Positions during the Carnival:

Games: Run a game with a partner for length of the carnival. (no limit)
Food: Help prepare and serve food in the kitchen and serving room (5-6 people)
Trade-in Table: Help attendees trade their candy and candy cash for prizes (5-6 people)
Floater: Assigned to a specific area of carnival. Replenish candy at games, give breaks to game runners, help as needed in assigned area (2-3 per area, 10-15 total)
