SCHOLARSHIP

Deadline December 10th of each year

A scholarship, up to $1,000, will be awarded in January of each year to be used toward tuition and books. Scholarship check will be payable to the recipient.

Scholarship funds are available to students currently enrolled in a horticulture program at a University or college located within the state of Nebraska.

Describe why you feel you should be considered for this scholarship. Why this scholarship is important to your immediate future and if you have any particular hardship.

References: You need to have two references sent to the NNLA office to complete your application. These references should know your character and/or your potential in the field of horticulture. One should be an employer or former employer. Do not list a faculty member unless they have employed you. You can find the reference form template on the NNLA Scholarship webpage to download and share with your references. Below share the names of your two references to ensure they will be credited to you when received in the NNLA office
