The client provides all alcohol and ice and assumes all responsibility for the actions and conduct of all guests at the event related to alcohol consumption. She's A Bartender will not be liable for any damages arising from the intoxication of the Client or guests and reserves the right not to serve alcoholic beverages to minors, visibly intoxicated persons, or to any person whose condition of habitual intoxication is known to our staff.

If no tip jar is allowed, there will be an additional 20% gratuity fee added.
