WE DEMAND SKAGIT REGIONAL HEALTH PAY US HIGHER WAGES AND CREATE A GREAT WORK LIFE BALANCE ENVIRONMENT ON BEHALF OF ALL OF THE UFCW 3000 MEMBERS AND HEALTHCARE WORKERS AT SKAGIT REGIONAL HOSPITAL
WE, the healthcare workers of UFCW 3000 at Skagit Regional Health in Skagit, Snohomish and Island Counties DEMAND Higher wages to retain and recruit new staff. Together, we provide exceptional care to our patients, who are our neighbors and our friends. Now is the time to stand together.
WE feel frustrated, exhausted, and most importantly—UNDERVALUED. As healthcare workers, WE are dedicated to taking care of our patients. WE call on Skagit Regional Health administration to show us, their healthcare workers respect and to come to the table with a mind set to recruit and retain the top-quality caregivers our community needs.
WE proposed a 24% across-the-board wage increase over three years compared to Skagit Regional Health’s proposal of only 7.5% over three years. Cost of living has continued to increase, and wages should increase with it! WE CALL ON SKAGIT REGIONAL HEALTH TO PAY US HIGHER WAGES.
WE call on Skagit Regional Health leadership to treat us ALL with dignity and respect by compensating ALL of us competitive wages. WE need higher pay, and we need it now!
