Cancellation Policy Effective January 1, 2021
Fresh Focus Wellness recognizes that it is necessary to cancel a scheduled session from time to time. However, it is very important that cancellations are made in a timely manner. This allows us to fill the cancelled session with another client. Therefore it has become necessary to formalize our very informal cancellation policy. Effective immediately all sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours notice will be charged the full session rate. At the discretion of the trainer the session may be made up, but must be made up within the two weeks following the cancellation or the session will be forfeited. A regular scheduled session can not be used as a make-up session.
